I’ve got no reason to feel so blue
Woke up this morning with coffee and sugar
It’s ninety six days since I thought of you
I’ve just got this cough
And I feel it’s a rough
I’ve been smoking too much these days
I have beet eating well
You will be pleased to know Windows are clean, though
There’s not much to see
So I go down to the street
Where the cars are like river boats
Inching along as I light up again
Light up another one...
