Testo Checking Out

Well, I had it made and I parked in the shade
And I strangely relate to my car full of dents
It's the other side of the same old problem
I can't decide if I'm still on the fence
Been in deep with the friends I keep
I got scars to show and a lack of sleep
But that's not to say that I've lost my way
I'm just checking out for couple of days
Well, I lived already on days old spaghetti
And I'll toss confetti if you say you'll stay
'Cause I've been inspired to walk through some fire
I'd stroll through some coals long as my soul's desired
So I'm held together as I try to weather
The storm that approaches that one in my mind
But that's not to say that I've lost my way
I'm just checking out for couple of days
