I just closed the book on the things that used to be never realized that it means so much to me not some oath you took nor a promise that was made yet I wonder why it looks so easy to change I refuse to believe that those days gone by were for real I refuse to believe taht those days gone by were sincere now I sit here and look back in disgust what did they mean those songs of glory and trust too much pressure so much going on you had to close this chapter it was over it was done where are you now with your high and mighty words the harder they come the harder they fall
