Testo Window Pain

I look out my window pain, everyday
And I watch the people go by
Happy faces laugh at me holding hands
Theres a bum by a trash can

I stay in and never venture out
If I do, I might die
(Spoken) I hear voices inside my head
And they tell me Id be better off dead
I have a gun to blow myself away
Does that mean Im insane

Crumbled walls are watching me die
No one hears my tortured cries
Will I stay or jump someday
