Testo Celery

In my opinion, celery is a little bit of an, uh, an anomaly
I just read that celery is ninety-five percent water, you know?
And it's respectable, you know? The fact that it's ninety-five percent water
But the thing is, the other five percent is so dominating that it presents itself as a solid
You know, it's a solid vegetable, it has a good crunch, you know, good composition to it
And, you know, it's hydrating, which is amazing, you know? Most vegetables do hydrate
But the fact that it's living its life as a solid being ninety-five percent water is pretty admirable to me
