Hey! Wake up! Where's the world you come from?
And those thoughts; are they really your own?
Or do we dream, as one who unseen may dream,
Giving substance to all we perceive?
Reflect upon a dream; do the sensations not
Feel the same as conscious state receives?

Wake up!

Could higher states ensue beyond the now?
Oh, you'll know.
Reflect, reveal; reject just what is real.

Say, which realm is this?
Have we put ourselves under again?
Just recall which view you took last you in sleep;
Was perspective not likely your own?
In control, which changes would you make to enhance your life,
Knowing well you'd endlessly awake?

Why fear death?
Might it be best to just accept?
(Will we ever know what lies beyond?
Terrible or calm, why focus on?)

All time and space, constructed within a human mind,
Hold little weight, if we have constructed selves.

So bend; open up your mind to
Shape the life which you've defined.
Bend; repossess your sway here.
Power over suffering; creative forces lay deep within. Live.

Will we ever know what lies beyond?
Terrible or calm, why focus on?
