Seems all we do
Is struggle to
Get through this hellscape
Make something new

Tired and bored drinking wine
Hating ourselves all the time
Then we apologize For showing up decidedly late
Then leaving early and taking long breaks
Left following our only dream
On nights and weekends
And in between

Trip for two endless blue
We’re through what we used to do
Hard to choose what’s new but we’ll make do

Wishing that we could depеnd
On life staying here instеad
