This half moon illuminates leaves, swirls of color glow
December has fallen on us, but birds still fly and call
Baseball has been over long now, the red sox lost again
But still no sign of winter, maybe spring is early
This is our extended autumn
Winter seems to be on the run
Now someone seems to have found him
Its been dark now for a week And snow falls up to my knees now
All i do is sleep
And i look out my window, white branches no leaves
Well ill just pray for spring right? Its never been this cold
