The sun melts my skin
The sand consumes my feet
I dip my body into the water
And all the pain was washed away

Everyday the ocean awaits my arrival
As I'm not here all the time
I'll go swimming so the past doesn't follow But it always catches on anyways

A king, said to protect us all
Never spoke to anyone
Washed his feelings down the drain
And into the royal beach

A poisonous death has entered the kingdom
Going into peoples nostrils
We'll all meet death eventually
And that was today

The rusty old fuck looking down from his palace
Sees that we've become bones
And into the ocean he falls To join all of us

A king, said to protect us
