im out on the corner
my hands in my pocket
the raindrops above me
the concrete below me
i walked through the city
with buildings around me
the sidewalk below me
that carries me slowly down under that oak tree
that place where you left me
that stands like a symbol
like raindrops and concrete
the roots broke the pavement
the raindrops feel hated
their gone in an instant
but still in existance
