I was sitting in the car in a garage on Woodlands Road
When a big blonde caught my eye
I was staring into space just gazing and by she strode

It took another second or two for it to click

By an absence of attraction

I didn't fancy her one fraction
And I briefly felt embarassed about the way I used to feel
And at least these days I know that love is real
