Testo Not So Independent

I'm not so independent
In fact I love because I need to believe that love is here
And love is real.

Instead of growing stronger, I think I'm weaker everyday
It's hard enough to make it, without this.

Above all, I'm disaffected They never mentioned

When you're alone, your heart sinks and sings,
Calling out for my own, to come and save us both
And so you know that when you're alone, I'll know

Still hoping for a purpose, and clinging to ideas of destiny,
A master plan, a reason for change
I'm not so confident in the promise made but yet to keep
So keep me intrigued, keep me quietly aware
