Just like the weather here in my hometown
she turned on me and then tried to wash me out
she lured me outside sporting a t-shirt
then battered me with all the wind and rain on earth
and gallantly i try a soldier on
its only her i'll be fine if i stay strong
she chisels down my gaurd once resolute
with arms around my shoulders to soothe
she was so blunt when she talked to me
she has no grasp for subtley
