Dear God,
I come before You ashamed and embarassed
For I have lived my entire life for myself
I have constantly sinned against You and denied You
But now, I come before You
Asking that You recieve me as your own
Because now, I want to live my life only for You
Because You gave Your life for me You died on the cross for my sins
You took on all the sins of the world
And Your blood spilt for me
So that I may be called Your child
And so I may go to heaven
I love you for everything You've done for me
I ask now that You would save me
I'm giving my heart completely to You
