Sickened by myself, the shell of a coward
in my mind, i feel nothing but contempt
a bitter hate, stabbing inside
awaiting the caress of a blade

i have lost touch with the sanity that once comforted me
i have been instilled with a sense of self-loathing
consuming my every though in miserable suffering awaiting the caress of a blade across my wrist

i can not feel, my emotions frozen
my breathe is gone, heart is cold
inside is a hole, never ending
slowly consuming myself from inside

my longing fulfilled, the caress of a blade
from my wounds crimson rivers flow
releasing all my inner suffering
purging my years of self-hate
