Chestnuts roasting on an open fire
Jack Frost nipping at your nose
Yuletide carols being sung by a choir
And folks dressed up like Eskimos

Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe
Helps to make the season bright
Tiny tote with thur eyes all aglow Will find it hard to sleep tonigth

They know that Santa's on his way
And he's got lost of toys
and many goodies on his sleigh
And every mother's child is gonna spy
To see if reindeer really know how to fly

And so, I'm offering this simples phrase
To kids from one to ninety-two
Although it's been said many times, many away
Merry Christmas to you.
