how many times will it splinter before it breaks? and if i stumble will i fall or be the better for it all? they say they're coming by today but no one's home we won't be seeing anyone tell them to go. i need a clean break just let me fall will i be the better for it all? and if i fall down what do i become a preacher? a poet? a bum? what do i become?
