The lives of those, laid to rest, will rise again some day, a wicked few are leading us to mass extinction, genocides and massacres do nothing but spoil the earth, the day will end with night in tow, the human candle is burning low, the burden of love is off our shoulders, as our souls grow ever colder, no one watches for their fellow friend, humanity's noose is at its end, nothing else can be done, a blood red moon has eclipsed the sun, our final day has turned to night, blocking out our hope-filled light, so close your eyes and cover your ears, I don't want you to have to hear, the screams of those who chose to hate, salvation for them has come too late, love is not impossible hate is just easier
