I feel cold and don’t dare to look beside and my clothing doesn’t stand the rain The wisdom keeps me drowning in atrocious delight Whence the strength to reach the end of the night and feel blood in my veins again? Just to feel I’m still alive again. I allayed all my fears and left the anguish behind If I could only brave the uncertainties The day is dying like the faith in my mind How to replace the blame and say the fate was unkind and make it able again to breathe? Just to deliver me from disease. I’m staring at this palace of rust, the seedy rooms, expired and stale the shattered yearning in the dust from he who dared to withstand the gale Ref. We had sleepless nights and switched off lights made dreams come true and woke up blue got low and high and drunk and dry saw burned down stars left everlasting scars.
