Social media was supposed to bring us closer together, but lately i’ve been more isolated than ever.
Meet Sarah, desperate to fit in this world. looking at her instagram where insecurity sells.
She’s going under the knife and changing herself, buying all these products but none of them helps.
She’s been starving on this diet and been feeling unwell, it seems that chasing validation is bad for your health.
Mentally it’s all been so damaging as well, she bears the scars from trolls online who put her through this hell.
Corporations would rather accumulate wealth and be a cause of these problems, not part of the help
Imagine how many would go out of business if one day she woke up and loved herself are you kidding.
We could stop all dead, but they’re out here instead, putting more insecurities that weren’t there in her head Like you need a bigger bum, you need a smaller waist, you need them bigger humps and more make up on your face.
You need a smaller nose, you need some bigger lips, your tummy that cant grow but you need shape around them hips and we need to:

learn to love ourselves, we can’t be someone else. I just want to help you know that you are, perfect the way you are. There is not one better version of you, than you.

Now we’ve got guys like James who keeps feeling the need to hurt people online like Sarah it seems.
Spraying venom from a keyboard because speech is free, humiliation for the sake of likes and a few retweets
I’m almost certain it’s because he is jealous that his life didn’t work out in the way he intended
So instead of putting energy into himself, he forces negativity onto everyone else which is crazy.
Does he know that we have the ability to make someones day or shatter and break it?
I just wish that he could be building them up, instead of crashing to the ground and making them down in the dumps.
Just imagine, James catches Sarah on a bad day, says a few bad words and takes her to a bad place.
She gets home, now she’s sick of this sad face. Tries to find a way out and she ends it in the worst way.
Hows he feel about that? A parents lost a kid, a sisters lost a brother, a brothers lost a sis. They’re just empty words how did it come to this. Was it really worth it? Could be avoided if he didn't feel he was entitled to an opinion about a subject matter that was none of his business. If life's a struggle and you listen to this, just know you're not alone and I'll always be here so.. We need to:
Learn to love ourselves, we can’t be someone else. I just want to help you know that you are, perfect the way you are. There is not one better version of you, than you.

I guess as human beings we can all be affected, by insecurity or a lack of direction.
But each others mental health is something we all should invest in, and try to love the bodies that we have been blessed with
We don’t only focus features of women, men you need to build abs and then grow a few inches.
And my god do something about that thinning hairline and I suppose im a hypocrite when yeah I repaired mine.
But that’s the problem, I gave into the pressure, when people put me down it was giving me depression.
I thought if I change me, it would make it all better, but then you notice other things that you feel you should step up.
So now I, wanna grow a heart as big as the sun and I wanna help more than just number 1.
I wanna teach kids that theres a lot more, to life than altering and changing the way you were born. We need to:
