Time really flies/ and the calendar flips/ I get distracted and find that my passions are split/ Days turn into weeks/ and those weeks into months/ and those months into years and I can be still in a slump/ 'Cuz my heart is deceitful/ it entreats me with stuff/ that just deadens my soul/ it's deceived me enough/ if we've been raised with Christ/ through receiving His love/ then really we should be seeking the things that's above/ Christ has suffered for all/ Yeah He died for our sin/ So we conclude that we who live are now living for Him/ Gotta seek Him today/ Gotta stay in His word/ Must be eager to pray/ Must be eager to serve/ But I heard it's a grind/ Holiness is a strain/ I must toil and strive/ to mature in the faith/ I gotta/ since I'm purposed to bring His name glory/ I must behold Him and walk in the ways He made for me.

I'm ready to run/ I'm ready to ride/ I'm ready to work/ I'm ready to grind/ But I know if I should fall or I get stuck in a rut/ I'm needing His grace to be picking me up/ because I wanna be all His/ I wanna be all in/ But there is many traps that I'm prone to just fall in/ But make me in awe of what Christ and the cross did/ And know there's plenty grace for the sinner who calls Him/ who's callin' like//
