Testo My Pillory

Testo My Pillory

It would have been different if I choose
to read the truth with more infinite views.
with foresight eyes I would seen over my times
over one in a thousand lands.
Different if I didn't grind in rules
a call to revive what belongs to the soul.
My era's limits I could have surpass
but as my coevals, nothing else.
I had to be inspired specialty
untellable by the human say,
but I've been like all, it's my misery

burning your right to think,
your right to wait,
your right to choose all what you feel true
Burning your steps
burning your freedom to search
Burning your right to doubt
burning your thought
your sacred right to get there alone
Burning your route
burning your right to be true
I made myself answer to my own faith
Holding to all, I should just testify
A poor pious victim, I chased this pretense
I quiet my conscience at your expense
I could have made modernity
writing eternal history
but I've been like all, it's my pillory.

I could trusted in something strong
more than true and false frail relics
rather than kill who never
will be able to erase immortal wealth.

Results answers me
I impaled my God,
His right to wait,
His right to respect all what you feel true
impaled your search
impaled with threat of the hell
For what you didn't do
I punished you
your sacred right to get there alone
Punished your soul
denied you knowledge of love
